For those people who need to schedule their time to catch these 4 pvp wq when are up, they are on a repeating fixed 3-day rotation as follows:
Time: 0900-1500-2100-0300
Day 1:BRR-BBB-OMF-DBA
Day 2:BRR-OMF-BBB-DBA
Day 3:OMF-BRR-DBA-BBBso you can predict what wq will be up and at what time on any day.
All 4 wq will occur in any one day. but they are not evenly balanced across all times of the day.
For example, BRR only ever occurs at 0900 or 1500 and DBA only ever occurs at 2100 or 0300.

A great way to keep the world pvp quest areas alive. The mounts are well worth how simple the quests are to complete.
This can be completed 100% through pve means. Each of these areas have pve aspects if the pvpers don't show up.
As a player who enjoys pve more than pvp I tried these out and love them. They have such random aspects and allow crazy world pvp fun.
10/10 would murloc again.
Edit: Just a note for those who aren't actually PVPeeps here are some tips for completing each area via PVE (Just remember that it is faster when killing players instead of NPCs)
All quests grant both rep and progress towards their respective emissary daily quests.
Operation Murloc Freedom (Mission Accomplished) Azsuna:
Kill all naga and only the murloc slaves. Non-slave murlocs usually don't grant credit (since you're there to save them!). Currency here is turned into the murloc king once you have become a murloc after killing the elite witch. CAUTION she hurts if you have no healing or no players around to remove debuff.Bareback Brawl (Saddle Sore) Valarjar:
Kill any animals in the area. (achievement for finding a rare one) Mounting these animals will grant special abilities which will help kill/neutralize more animals quicker especially for healers.
Black Rook Rumble (Off the Top Rook) Val'sharah:
If not many players are around an elite will spawn. Random challengers. I've seen many from pandas to ghosts to demon hunters and even big tauren. The more kills (player or npc) you get the higher stacks you get. Reduces healing taken (not absorbs) but exponentially increasing damage dealt and taken. Then either die or talk to NPC at lower gate to exit. You can exit this way during combat if you feel the need to escape.
Possibly my favorite place as a disc priest (bubble self and penance 1-2 times to kill players). If you ever want to do some uber damage this is the place to do it.Darkbrul Arena (The Darkbrul-oh) High Mountain:
Kill 10 npcs. Buffs on lower floor to help. (kite/stun the cast to avoid heavy damage) Takes longer to get there than the quest takes to complete.
