A fun little tip, if you keep Victory in Wintergrasp on you and do not turn it in, you can select an area of your liking to turn in it and get the appropriate "Tour of Duty" achie this way for free.
Now is the time to get this done! Since the new patch release and War Mode now rewarding ONLY Alliance 30% (up from 10%) more gold, azerite, war resources, etc from world quests, there are a lot more of our brother in arms out and about. If you were avoiding War Mode because of the ridiculous balance issue of Horde to Alliance (1v1ing was impossible before), have no fear anymore.
General chat on War Mode is now lively and if you require help, you can expect people to come running if you ask for it. The world feels populated again and I don't feel outnumbered anymore. I spent today doing lots of world quests and getting into big wars, all of which the Alliance ended up winning. Getting bounty rewards is now easier too.
A call to all Alliance! Activate War Mode! Come join in the carnage!
FOR THE ALLIANCE!
