Can confirm its bugged. I have 5272 with 1 char and didn't get it.
Edit: Seems like got fixed now.
For this achievement, do you need to have 5000 overflow on you at any given time and not spend any of it, or is it accumulative and you're able to spend some of it on armor and pets and such?
