Elwynn Forest Flash Advanced: Gold

What helped me the most was to zoom all the way in to first person for this race (I normally play max zoom out). In my opinion I could see the route better this way.
I found that aiming for the top of the rings helped keep me off the ground while being zoomed in.

Otherwise just spam surge and manage not to face plant a tree xD

This one is generous with vigor orbs, so use your abilities on cooldown.
I had luck spamming surge forward for most of the course, with maybe 2 skyward ascents to gain height when needed.
