These races are similar to the Dragonflight base achievements, so the same strategy will work. Start out with 2 casts of [spell=372608] and then try to hold charges until you cap at 5 (of course use them if you're going to lose your buff which accumulates them). Once you hit 5, keep hammering [spell=372608] over and over until you run out. If you are getting near the end but aren't capped yet, you can so into spend mode then too. You don't need the [spell=372610] trick on most of the courses, they are much more about dodging obstacles and terrain features than the core dragonriding optimizations. Good luck!
