There are actually two entrances to the Buried Vault. If you put yourself under the letter L in Loamm and go as far south as you can, you'll find one, or both, up against the zone edge. The area is called 'Fanged Pasture'. Once inside, you have to go all the way to the end of the tunnel where the crystals are to trigger the achievement.
