Bloating Fodder is a relatively common anima power, its usually on the broker vendor, but also a common choice from anima orbs. Simply obtain this anima power and then group up mawrats and burst one down and set off a chain reaction. The achievement doesn't have to be completed in a single run, so you'll likely get this achievement passively over time, so there's no pressure to target this specifically.

Stacking multiple Bloating Fodder buffs doesn't increase the achievement counter.
Proc trinkets can mess you up. Or any other procs for that matter, rats has not much HP. Just a tip.
