You can pick up seaforium from workshops, docks and I believe also just near the final gate. They are barrels and you just right click on them to pick them up.
When you land on the dock they take about 10 seconds to spawn.
Saronite bombs are disabled in battlegrounds as of patch 7.3.5. The strat listed in the comments no longer works.
