Reposting my guide from Reddit (all credits with a /u/ are crediting Reddit users)

With First Aid achievements becoming legacy/FoS in BFA, this is the last one I need. However, information on it is very contradictory depending on where you look. Potentially outdated too. So lets come together and create an updated guide for those looking to finish it before BFA. I'll update this post with anyone's tips or thoughts on this achievement!

Quest Items and Best Farm Spots

Azsuna ([item=139521], [item=139522], [item=139520])

• Warden towers in warden island (kill every mob in 1 tower, then go to the next tower, while you are killing mobs in 2nd tower, tower 1 mobs respawn) credit: /u/Jerel53

Tips And Notes:

• If you need quests from both Aszuna and Valsharah, it is recommended to farm murlocs in the Gloaming Reef in Valsharah since they can drop the quest items from both zones. Once you finish all the quests for either zone, it is recommended to change to the farming spot for the respective zone only. IE if you have all the Valsharah quests done, farm the last Aszuna ones in Aszuna, since it will drop only Aszuna quests there.

• You can only have one quest active at a time. This means that if you get a quest item, either complete the quest or delete the item if its one you've already done. Don't try and farm multiple quest items to turn in all at once. Credit: /u/Jerel53Unconfirmed, but it appears that the quest items drop from Humanoids primarily. Maybe even exclusively.
• 
  
• Some quest items require the "Set Bone" First Aid skill, which requires 800 skill level. However, not all quests require 800. This simply means that 800 skill level will be rquired to finish this achievement.
• 
  
• It is recommended to keep lots of leystone ore and field packs handy to complete the quests without having to return to buy from the Auction House, vendors, etc. Credit: /u/Jerel53

• You can make this grind a bit easier by grouping up. I recommend using the group finder and starting a group. Must be a party, not a raid though.
• 
  
• Join the WoW Achievements Discord: From there, go the the #get-roles channel where you can sign up for activities. In this case, you'll want the option for Field Medic but there are options for other achievements as well. This way you'll be notified when groups are made. I thought it would be easier to compile all the information onto the main part of the achievement. So I went through some of the comments related and here's what I've gotten as of right now.

The links above are linking to the actual quest, so I'm going to link to the item itself and try to provide some additional info. Some of these drop from several mobs, and some drop from more specific mobs. Visit the item link to see where to find the monster that drops the one you need. :)

To complete these quests you need your First Aid skill at Legion level. Certain items will require certain skill level to use. For example you will learn Treat Fever early on in your Legion First Aid, however, Set Bone requires 800 skill. Silkweave Splint requires 760 skill.

Field Packs that you will need to complete these quests, have to be purchased from the First Aid vendor in (new) Dalaran.

Azsuna

*Currently, there is a bug to where if you collect one of these quests, and for whatever reason happen to leave the zone, it will show the soldier's location in Dalaran, this is incorrect. If you go back to the origin zone for the quest, it should display properly again.

Big thanks to everyone who has posted information on all those pages. As of this posting (9/8/16) the above information is believed to be true and accurate. I will try to remember to come back and update this post as we learn more!

Prior to 7.1 quests that have been completed were not tracking in the achievement. GMs have claimed that when they can implement a fix, that any past work on this achievement will be retroactively added. As of November 1. this has not happened yet, however, any quest you complete after the 7.1 launched should properly track on your achievement.

Also, I don't know if this is a bug due to the tracking being messed up, or if this is intended, but you can currently complete the same quest several times. I have rescued the guy from Fevered Plea at least 3 times.

Most of the drops are just zone wide random drops, even though the list from other people say they drop from certain mobs from personal experience this isn't true.

A few tips for this achievement.

• 
  
• If you get one you have completed just abandon the quest, there is no penalty.
• 
  
• If you get one you haven't completed you will most likely not get another 1 that day, so stop farming.
• 
  
• Find a place to farm with very high respawn rates, will give example below.
• 
  
• The RNG on these drops is extreme, sometimes I would get them within minutes of each other, other times it would take hours
• 
  
• Use a shoulder enchant for free materials while farming!
• 
  

Farming Locations.

Stormheim - Bonespeaker Carver & Runeaxe in the Vrykul village just east of Valdisdall, again mobs have very fast respawn rates

Val'Sharah - Murlocks & Crabmen on the Gloaming Reef Island (farm west side). Mobs are constantly respawning.

Azsuna & Highmountain - ? not sure as i already had these ones. Will add farming spots if i think of any.
