Finishing floor 6 of Twisting Corridors with more than 1,000 Phantasma does not qualify you for this.
As mentioned by others, this DOES NOT work in Twisting Corridors. I completed all 18 levels at layer 1 with over 3k phantasma remaining and also got nothing.
The easiest way to do this is probably to do layer 1 of either Fractured Chambers or Upper Reaches. Get to floor 3, buy the [item=170540] and use it on a mob that spawns [spell=305287], then full clear every level, pick all the powers granting extra phantasma and just don't spend any.
