I've gotten this achieve on multiple toons, it's really not as difficult as many people claim.
Basically, camp midfield, wait for EFC to hit midfield, kill them, and spam right click over their head. As long as no one else spams right click, you should get credit 90% of the time. It really helps to be a melee class.
If you're really desperate for it, defend your base while sitting on 2nd or 3rd floors, then farcast or jump down and kill the EFC. Rinse and repeat.
The most important thing is to try to return the flags before anyone else, via right-click spamming over their head.
You can earn this achievement in the Warsong Scramble Brawl.
