1) Mythic Difficulty.
2) Track achievement, it will change from Red to White upon satisfaction.
3) Begin fight, pull boss to meat in the corner.
4) Eventually he will tenderize the meat.
5) Then pull boss to other meat in the other corner.
6) He will tenderize.
7) Nuke boss.
8) ?
9) Profit. Achievement Completed.

Defeat Gorechop after tenderizing 2 hunks of meat with Tenderizing Smash in the Theater of Pain on Mythic difficulty.

There are two piles of meat in the corners of the room. Gorechop needs to be standing close enough to the piles of meat when he casts Tenderizing Smash so he hits the meat with the ability, do this twice for both meats and then you get the achievement once you kill the boss.
To clarify for anyone else who was confused like me, "do this twice for both meats" means "do this twice - once for each meat" and not "both meats need to be hit twice." After one hit, the meat pile will explode.
