Since [npc=13219] at the Horde AV camp in [zone=36] sells this mount*, and because it's now purchased with Honor alone, you can earn this Achievement without so much as setting foot in [zone=2597]. You don't even have to PvP, since you earn Honor by killing WotLK dungeon bosses as long as Horde has control of Wintergrasp.
*It's also sold by [npc=13218] in Alterac Valley.

It's a shame they made these mounts too easy to get. I got my howler back in the day when you had to get 30 marks from each of the battlegrounds
