You can't anymore. These were the old titles before Blizzard revamped the PvP system. In the new system, getting kills and winning/playing games nets you honour, that you spend at a vendor. Under the old system, every realm had its own ranking of players from #1 on the server to worst, and playing more or less pvp each week put you up or down that system. The highest player was Grand Marshal (or under horde, High Warlord) and then as you went down the system there were more and more of each rank.
