Heroic adds an additional phase to the fight that occurs before the red/blue phases in every cycle.
During it, Maloriak will spawn a multitude of Vile Swill adds with high health that need to be kited around the room by the add tank (As they drop ooze puddles almost constantly) and AoE'd down, while Maloriak himself will periodically channel a spell that deals a high amount of shadow damage to his target, and reduces their healing received by 100% for the duration.
Sadly it`s just a buff that last 30 minutes... Best title EVAR!
