Algeth’ar Academy
See Me After Class
Criteria:
Defeat Vexamus without players absorbing any Arcane Orbs in Algeth'ar Academy on Mythic Difficulty.
Strategy:
We decided to kite the boss around and made sure no one was standing behind the boss. Let the orbs slowly travers towards the boss and simply avoid them.Duck, Duck, Spruce!
Criteria:
Defeat the Overgrown Ancient while all party members have a Well-Fed Duckling on their head in Algeth'ar Academy on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
Before the encounter begins, head over to the pool behind the boss and click on a Duckling. This will slow you by 65%, making it slightly more difficult during the encounter, but depending on gear levels, this should not be an issue. Once everyone has a duckling on their head, defeat the boss as normal.Squad Goals
Criteria:
Defeat Crawth after simultaneously activating both Goals in Algeth'ar Academy on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
The easiest and safest way to approach this is by designating two people to be the final throwers. Toss in two orbs on each side and then wait. You can dps the boss down in the meantime. Whenever your team is ready, pending available orbs, both players toss in the final orb at the same time. We found a countdown in voice works great. Once the goals have been activated, defeat the boss as normal.Ruby Life Pools
Are You My Broodmother?
Criteria:
Defeat Kyrakka and Erkhart Stormvein after chilling, searing, tempering, and keeping alive the Nascent Ruby Egg in Ruby Life Pools on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
For this, it is best if the tank picks up this egg, just to make it a bit easier. At the start of the dungeon, after the first mob, head on over to the pillars. Behind the right one, there will be a red egg that can be interacted with. Upon clicking the egg, the player will receive a debuff and be carrying the egg. During each boss encounter, the player will need to stand in mechanics to chill, sear, and temper the egg. On the first boss, getting hit by Hailbombs initial burst will work. Simply stand under the swirly. For the second boss, the egg must be hit by ritual of blazebinding created when the add is being summoned. On the final boss, the egg must be hit by the roaring Firebreath cast by the dragon. Do note, on the final boss, once the egg is tempered, it will drop and continue to take damage. The healer must be aware of this and keep it alive. Defeat the boss as normal.
Pro tip: Keep in mind, mounting will cause you to drop the egg!Dragon Kill Points
Criteria:
Defeat Melidrussa after defeating 40 of her chamber's Infused Whelps in Ruby Life Pools on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
As simple as it sounds, you can choose to spawn whelps on your own, which is highly recommended. Each egg pool has ten eggs, so manually spawn four groups, eliminate the whelps, and you're done! Defeat the boss as normal.Does Steam Do Fire Damage?
Criteria:
Defeat Kokia Blazehoof after heating up 4 life pools with Molten Boulder in Ruby Life Pools on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
This one is a bit of a snooze fest. The idea is to line up the Molten Boulder with the 4 life pools spread around the arena. The safest way to do this is to have everyone stand inside or behind the pool when the meteor is being cast. Voice is generally a good idea for this one, as there will be some boulders that you want to bait away from the pools, so as to not clutter up the area. Ideally you will have one shot caller letting the group know which boulder they want to hit the pool with. Quick tip, it is recommended that you eliminate the adds first and then go for the pool. Rinse and repeat 4 times, then defeat the boss as normal and you’re done!Brackenhide Hollow
All Bark, All Bite
Criteria:
Defeat Treemouth after every player has been consumed at least once in Brackenhide Hollow on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
This achievement may be buggy, so it is recommended that you do the mechanic twice to be safe. When the boss pulls you in, accept it and wait to be consumed. Do not deal any damage during this, as you will break his shield which will cause the achievement to fail. You can spread this out or have everyone go at the same time. Do note, that there will be a lot of swirlies on the ground after Consume is over, it is best to use a movement ability to get out of the area as soon as possible. Once everyone has been consumed, defeat the boss as normal and you’re done!Growlbossify
Criteria:
Defeat Hackclaw's War-Band after freeing Chief Softpaw, equipping her with a spear and shield, and making sure she survives in Brackenhide Hollow on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
Before starting the encounter, take a look around the room. There will be cage, and two weapon racks. One player must open the cage, while the other two collect the items from the weapon rack and return them to Chief Softpaw. Once the cage is open, the NPC will run around in fear until the items are equipped, so it is recommended that players with high mobility are the item returners. Important tip, the bosses can and will kill Chief Softpaw, so do your best to bait any AoE abilities away and defeat the encounter as quickly as possible. So You Can Kill This in a Way That Matters…
Criteria:
Defeat Decatriarch Wratheye after finding and planting three Resilient Mushrooms, then destroying them with Decaystrike in Brackenhide Hollow on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
This achievement also benefits from having players with mobility. There are three locations above the boss’s room where mushrooms will be interactable after the encounter starts. Players must grab said mushrooms and bring them into the arena. An extra action button will appear, and players can then “plant” the mushrooms. The tank will have to aim the boss’s Decaystrike at the planted mushrooms. Once the mushrooms are struck, eliminate them and defeat the boss as normal.
Pro tip: Destroying a mushroom leaves a 20-second DoT effect on players. It is recommended that you do not destroy all the mushrooms at once.

The Nokhud Offensive
What Are the Chances?
Criteria:
Defeat the Raging Tempest after striking a single player with 5 Lightning Strikes simultaneously and defeating a Storm Elemental in The Nokhud Offensive on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
The easiest way to achieve this is by having the tank stand under the boss during Lightning strike while the other players fan out around them. Once the tank is struck by all 5 lightning strikes, an add will spawn. Simply defeat the add and then the boss and you’re done!Weapons of the Maruukai
Criteria:
Defeat Teera and Maruuk while holding the Spear of Tolui, War Axe of Berke, and Bow of Sartaq in The Nokhud Offensive on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
Around the boss arena there are caves that hold weapons. Three players must click on the weapon before the boss encounter starts. The spear causes players to take 20% increased damage, the war axe reduces the player’s movement speed by 30%, and the Bow reduces incoming healing affects by 20%. Once all the weapons are acquired, defeat the boss as normal and you’re done!Ohuna Incubation
Criteria:
Deliver eight warm ohuna eggs to Ohuna Keeper Taruk in a single visit to The Nokhud Offensive on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
You can do this achievement by yourself, though it is quicker with a group. Around the entire dungeon there are nests. These nests once clicked by players, will give you an egg. Take 8 eggs back to Keeper Taruk, place them inside the basket beside them, and you are done!Nokhud Deed Goes Unnoticed
Criteria:
Defeat Balakar Khan after healing Ohn'ahra to full health in The Nokhud Offensive on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
During the encounter, the healer or anyone with the ability to heal, should target the large bird behind the boss and heal it. You may need to heal the bird two times, once before the intermission and once after. Once it is healed, defeat the boss as normal.Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr
It’s a Trogg East Trogg World
Criteria:
Defeat Bromach while 10 or more Stonevault Troggs are still alive in Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
This achievement is a waiting game. Throughout the fight, the boss will summon waves of adds, after 4 waves you should have 10 and can defeat the boss. Some tips, DPS should not use AoE abilities, as you do not want to cleave down adds accidentally. DPS can and should also destroy the totems as they spawn. No, You’re Stunning!
Criteria:
Defeat Sentinel Talondras after simultaneously stunning both Sentinel Talondras and all-party members in Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
This is another achievement where coordination through voice makes it much simpler. Throughout the fight, the boss will spawn orbs. Walking through an orb will cause players and monsters to be stunned. However, the boss is immune to CC and stun effects until his Inexorable buff is gone. You can remove this buff by walking the boss over two orbs. Once the buff is removed, the next orb will stun the boss. Make sure there are enough orbs for everyone, and once the boss is stunned, all players should run into an orb. After everyone is stunned simultaneously, defeat the boss as normal.Like Sands Through the Hourglass
Criteria:
Defeat Chrono-Lord Deios after catching every Eternity Orb as it falls to the ground in Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
This achievement can be a pain, but it gets easier the more gear your party has. Since the recording of this took place during week two, we had our tank and healer swap to DPS specs in order to push the boss before the second phase. When you start the fight, orbs will fall from the sky, as illustrated by the brown swirlies. EVERY orb must be "caught" by players simply standing beneath it before it falls to the ground. This becomes exceedingly more difficult after the first phase because more orbs fall in subsequent phases. The most recommended tip is to attempt this boss a few times without using consumables or lust, just to get a feel for catching orbs and gauging your group's DPS. Once your group is confident, use everything you have and try to defeat the boss while catching orbs before the end of the first Rewind Timeflow. For those of you who do not know this yet, standing in the pools on the ground during Rewind Timeflow will grant you a 50% haste increase.Neltharus
Knowledge is Preserved
Criteria:
Defeat Chargath, Bane of Scales while burning less than 15 books in Neltharus on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
This achievement is another albeit softer DPS check. The easiest tactic for this achievement is to bait all of the boss’s mechanics to the stairs. Do not let the boss finish his Fiery Focus cast or else all books will be burned, and the achievement will fail. If your group has low DPS, you can use the Grounding Chains mechanic to trip up Chargath and stun him, thus preventing him from finishing his Fiery Focus cast.Ready for Raiding VIII
Criteria:
Defeat Forgemaster Gorek without being struck by Forgestorm, Forgefire, Blazing Eruptions, another player's Blazing Aegis, or the final slam of Heated Swings in Neltharus on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
This is a personal achievement. Much like the ones before it, Ready for Raiding requires players to dodge every avoidable mechanic for the entire duration of the fight. Pro tip, the faster the boss is eliminated, the easier it is.Liquid Hot Magma
Criteria:
Defeat Magmatusk after it has been mutated with Draconic Tincture in Neltharus on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
Upon entering the boss’s room, there will be a table with a Tincture on it. EVERY player must grab one and use the extra action button on the boss before the encounter starts. Once this is done, the boss should have a 5 stack of the Magma Tentacle buff and you can defeat it as normal. This buff will make the bosses mechanics hit harder, but you should be dodging them anyway!
The Azure Vault
You Must Be Made of Hide
Criteria:
Defeat Umbrelskul without being hit by a polymorph trap or triggering a Shriek in The Azure Vault on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
This achievement can be a pain, but as long as everyone is paying attention it is essentially free. The easiest part of this achievement is the prevention of Shriek being cast. Around the dungeon you will notice Whelps that have a ring around them. Stepping inside the ring or attacking these whelps will cause them to cast Shriek. If this cast is finished, it is bad news for your party, and you fail the achievement. Ultimately you should be avoiding these whelps entirely regardless of completing this achievement as the mobs that they spawn are extremely troublesome. However, if your group manages to pull one by accident, you can use stuns, knocks, and grips to prevent the cast while eliminating the whelp.
The second portion of the achievement occurs after the first boss. You will start to notice runes on the ground, and stepping inside of one, will trigger a polymorph affect. You can activate the rune, and as long as no one is inside of it when it goes off, you are safe. However, should someone become polymorphed, you will have to restart the instance. This can get a bit tricky once you enter the room with all of the frogs but pay attention to your feet and knock backs and you should be fine!Icy What You Did There
Criteria:
Defeat Telash Greywing after using Icy Devastator 12 times on an Icy Crystal to create a Very Icy Crystal in The Azure Vault on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
This achievement is one of the easier ones, as long as you bait frost traps intelligently. Before engaging the boss, make note of where the blue floating crystal is. Once located, you can place a marker if it makes it easier to spot, but you will want every player to bait Icy Devestator on top of it. Each channel of Icy Devestator has four ticks and this is why you want to be on top of the crystal before the cast goes out. If you manage to get all four ticks, you can finish this achievement in three casts of Icy Devestator. It is important to not cover the ground in ice with the Frost bomb mechanic, so it is recommended that players bait this away from the crystal, however, the damage is not too terrible depending on your groups gear level. The most important thing to remember is getting all four ticks of Icy Devastator on the crystal. Once the crystal has 12 stacks, defeat the boss as normal. The Cracked Crystal
Criteria:
Defeat Umbrelskul after smashing Shimmering Geodes with Dragon Strike and destroying 9 Geode Chunks in The Azure Vault on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
This is another achievement for the tanks. Around the room there are three, very bright purple geodes. The tank will need to position the boss in front of these, allowing them to be struck with Dragon Strike. Once struck, the geodes will break, and 3 geode chunks will spawn. DPs these down, and rinse and repeat two more times. Once all 9 geodes are eliminated, defeat the boss as normal.Halls of Infusion
Toxicity Strike Team
Criteria:
Defeat the Toxic Swogmother after Purging the Water Intakes in Halls of Infusion on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
After defeating the first boss, there will be a pathway towards the left. Eliminate a few mobs on your way to the Intake Reservoir room. Once inside, there is a machine with a button. Press the button and this will spawn the Toxic Swogmother. Defeat her and you win!Hungry Hungry Hornswog
Criteria:
Defeat the Gulping Goliath after forcing it to become Hangry and devour 10 Curious Swoglets in Halls of Infusion on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
This achievement requires some coordination and is easier to do for groups that have long lasting AoE CC abilities such as Sigil of Misery and Mass Entanglement. During the encounter, the boss will cast Overpowering Croak, causing cave-ins that spawn swoglets. You will need at least two waves of swoglets to complete the achievement. Your group should stack up so that the cave-ins are close to each other. This will make sure that the swoglets spawn close enough to be gathered and CC'd. Once the second wave is spawned and CC’d, the tank will want to drag the boss over to the swoglets and let him gulp them down. One important note is that the Boss must be Hangry and in order to achieve this, do not let him consume anything during his first Gulp cast. You should be able to get all 10 sowglets before the second gulp cast. Once the boss is made Hangry and has consumed 10 swoglets, defeat as normal.Go With the Flow
Criteria:
Defeat the Primal Tsunami after slaying three Flow Control Units in Halls of Infusion on Mythic difficulty.
Strategy:
This achievement is fairly simple depending on DPS. During the encounter with the Primal Tsunami, wait until the intermission phase where the boss will knock everyone back down different corridors. Normally you would simply run back to the boss, however you are going to want to turn around and head towards the back of the corridor where there will be an add. Eliminate the add and then make your way back to the boss. The boss will be slightly more empowered since the Infuser adds were allowed to channel for so long however this should not be too much of an issue, and once they are dealt with, defeat the boss as normal.
