The Softpaw cage is nearby left entrance, and her spear is on the left side, sheild on the right side, can pick up when encounter start.

Softpaw will be scared before get weapons and run around, even can run out and disappear (but she well respawn if you reset boss, not bad), so pick up weapon at encounter start and give her weapons as soon as she rescued is better.

0. This may be preferred with pet classes, and keep Rira aggro on the pet.

1. Mythic Difficulty

2. Begin fight, do not target Rira Hackclaw and kill the two adds without killing Rira. For some reason, Rira was taking severe damage even though I wasn't hitting it, be careful not to accidentally kill.

3. Reduce Rira health down to 20%

4. Pick up the shield on the right hand side of boss room

5. Open Chief Softpaw Cage, do not open cage if boss is spinning around on you because that will kill Softpaw pretty quickly.

6. Hand shield to Chief Softpaw

7. Pick up spear from left side of room

8. Hand spear to Chief Softpaw

9. Kill boss ASAP before it can kill Chief Softpaw.

10. ?

11. Profit. Achievement Completed.

With the release of 10.1 patch, the npc does not spawn, making it impossible to do the achievement.
