Easy Solo for Level 80-100 Worldsoul Saga & Beyond...
1. Mythic Difficulty.
2. Head up the stairs and enter boss room, see the Draconic Tincture on the table on the right side by the entrance.
3. Pick it up and toss it at the boss. 5 stacks in no time, even with achievement tracker still red. Pull boss.
4. Kill boss.
5. ?
6. Profit. Achievement Completed.
Currently seems to be bugged on Live 10.1 patch. Unable to click the Tincture, getting the "not in line of sight" message.
*** UPDATE: Seems that it's fixed - 9 May was able to get the achievement ***
