Going to Need More Traps

OK, I can't find any official Blizz info on the Strong Pet Trap but from digging around the forums it appears that this allows you to capture higher level pets. It seems that it either increases the chances to capture them or its required to capture a certain level or above.

There doesn't seem to be any specific information pertaining to this item.

"Higher level traps have a better chance of catching pets with lower miss rates. (we will be adding more detailed into to the trap tooltips shortly)"
