Easy Solo Achievement for Level 70 Dragonflight & Beyond...

1) Mythic Difficulty.

2) Begin fight.

3) Spirit of Gold will spawn, let him go about and collect tainted bloods, you can reduce boss slightly in the meantime but do not kill it yet.

3b) If another spirit spawns, just kill the one with lower stacks.

4) Eventually the spirit will collect enough bloods and become Fatal Corruption.

5) Kill Fatal Corruption

6) Kill Boss

7) ?

8) Profit. Achievement Completed.

Boss will summon an add by casting [spell=259205]. This add will move to any [spell=255558] puddles and soak them, and when there are no puddles up, it will turn to attack the players. At this point, you should cc the add in order to prevent excessive damage. The add will have to soak 8 puddles of [spell=255558] in order to turn into a Fatal Corruption.

I'm writing a post to flesh out what Linodas is saying, but full credit to him and his team, and a big thanks as always for sharing their strat.

Throughout the fight, Alun'za will spawn Spirit of Gold adds. Normally you kill these to avoid them eating the blood pools you need for Transfusion, but for the achievement you simply need to let the first one loose, and allow him to eat all the blood he can manage ( I believe it was 7 puddles). After this he transforms into the Fatal Corruption and you can kill him. If this new add does any mechanics, he died too fast for us to see them, so I suspect you can just nuke him. After this kill the boss normally.

Also worth noting that since the add will be eating all your blood pools no real point hitting the boss, as every tick of Transfusion will be a full heal for her when she's draining 5 targets. Once the add is dead you can lust and nuke her.
