If for some reason you don't have a pvp trinket http://www.wowhead.com/?item=38466 works wonders for breaking incapacitate. Just be sure to use it while she's casting the incapacitate.
Tried nuking her and no achievement, tried waiting 10 seconds and no achievement. Am I doing something wrong?
Edit: 3rd attempt, killed after 40 seconds and timer kept running until achievement was failed. Looks like currently bugged
