Can confirm this is doable in a raid group, which prevents the quest from progressing and allows you to do all the parts in one go.
I recommend searching for a group running Abundance, as currently these are easy to get into and no one is policing whether you're at the event, so you should be able to do all the samples in a few minutes.
Can confirm this achieve is now up on NA and is doable in a raid group. Just need to click the dialogue option and it will count towards the achieve progress.
