Doesn't seem to count Burning Crusade gladiator titles. Even though they are Feats of Strength.
Also it seems be counting people at random. Two guildies are counted as having gladiator titles by this achievement, but have never got one.

As of 4.0.6, credit for this is retroactively awarded if you obtained Gladiator (top 0.5% of a season's ladder) in Season 8, Seasons 1-7 seem to not count.
It is a bit impossible achievement... or not? I think it more harder than "Guild Battlemasters"
