@iplay4keepz - Wowwiki has a breakdown of the different guild levels and what amount of xp is needed for each: http://www.wowwiki.com/Guild_advancement @Pandorajade - at level 5 the 7th bank tab voucher is "unlocked" and the guild master can then purchase the tab for 10k. The 8th tab voucher is "unlocked" by the guild getting the achievement Stay Classy and the guild master can then purchase it for 20k. Hope that clears it up for ya some.

your guild master must purchase it for 10,000 gold. it is by no means free, but reaching guild rank 5 unlocks it for purchase
@jplay4keepz - it is not just achievement points, it is xp. As your guild members complete quests they will contribute Experience Points to the guild.
