Higher Dimensional Learning

Correct me if i'm wrong but for the EU the rotation seems (each starting at 00:00 AM and ending 23:59 PM servertime the same day):

Respawn on the books seems anywhere between 10-30 mins, most of the times 15 mins or less.

How this works:
There are 7 books in Azsuna, some of them just lie on the ground, some of them are on the top of the towers. Book spawns in 1 of 7 locations.
It seems to me, that mechanics is similar, but not the same as in Higher Learning.

You can buy [item=129276] after Revered with [faction=1900] from [npc=107376]
This toy can port you to one of the books locations, but it doesn't guarantee you will get the book.

I have done Higher Learning back in the days in WotLK and have to say that this one feels different.

• You don't have to check every location for hours, because you have the toy
  You will use the toy for world quests and fast transportation in Broken Isles anyway

• There will probably be no spam in dalaran that book has spawned

To be tested:
I saw the book on the ground for 30-40 minutes. Had to go after this, so maybe it was there longer than 30 mins. So the book will not disappear if someone picks it up.
I also noticed that [item=129276] always ports you to the same location. Location changes daily

According to the toy description:

This seven step tome can be mastered in one week provided all the knowledge is there. *Disclaimer, the knowledge is rarely there.

we can expect to see only 1 book per day. And i checked my logs and i it is true, i got 1 book per day. (mostly because i never checked for other books and just used the toy 1-3 times a day, still got 6/7 in 7 days)

For Dimensional Rifting Ch. 4 - Risks and Rewards, don't stand there and think your UI is bugged. The book that the skeleton is holding onto is NOT the book even though when you hover over it, it says "Beginner's Guide to Dimensional Rifting" lol. A GREEN book will be in front of it that you can click.
