This achievement can be soloed with a hunter and a tank pet. (This might seem obvious, but wasn't mentioned anywhere.)
Survive being the target of Ignis' Slag Pot Ability. This ability is cast on a random non-MT player and causes 5k DPS for a duration of 10 seconds, so requires healer attention. If you do survive it, you'll get a nice haste bonus to make up for the lost DPS time.
You can still use abilities while affected by Slag Pot, so try barkskin, frost presence, bear form, self-healing or whatever else you can come up with to stay alive. Any ability that removes the debuff (iceblock/bubble/Cloak of Shadows) will fail the achievement though.
