When the boss is pulled a barrel full of hatchlings will spawn on the right side of the arena. Everyone in the raid will need to grab a hatchling (including tanks). During the fight Blistercreep adds will spawn when they die they leave a corpse on the ground that the hatchlings eat, once the hatchlings eat 8 corpses they will fall asleep, once everyone's hatchling is asleep kill the boss for the achievement to pop. For tactics, I suggest everyone apart from 1 tank stand on the barrel as the boss is pulled. Grab a hatchling then rush to the center, make sure to allow the tank to grab one. When using the Blistercreep adds to break walls kill them in melee so that when melee dps their hatchlings can feed.

It can seem really unclear whether you have successfully grabbed a hatchling (especially if there are a lot running around). Your hatchling will have a white beam above its head, similar to spotlight toys or the holy paladin beacon glow, but a lot smaller. You'll be able to see everyone else's hatchling, but not their beam, only yours.
Your hatchling will be a few yards away from you and not noticeably tethered to you other than following you around. There wasn't any visual notification that we were successful at getting a hatchling from the barrel, we just had to look for the little beam of light.
Kill the adds in the fight as normal (although we tried to kill them closer to the boss to make it easier to run over the corpses) and then during the beam phase, the hatchlings will start eating (and throwing a tantrum? that part was a little unclear). Each hatchling will have a buff with a stack counter that tells you how many corpses they've eaten (for us it was between 4 and 6 in the first add phase). The add corpses last for awhile, so you can run back over them after the beam phase if needed. Once they've eaten enough, the hatchling gets a little heart above its head and lies down to sleep.
We ended up setting each person's hatchling as focus target so that it was easier to keep track of how many stacks it had. If someone dies, they will lose their hatchling and the achievement fails. So this is when everyone gets their Nothing to See Here achievement by jumping off the map.
Just did this tonight. We had a player die, but he was rezzed about halfway through the fight and was able to get a second hatchling and feed it to sleep. So players CAN die if it's early enough, but it's situation-dependant.
