The fight consists of two phases. In the first phase, its a simple tank and spank of Anhuur while avoiding the randomly laser/flame channels on the platform. The second phase occurs every 33% and Anhuur will become completely invulnerable to all damage until his shield is brought down. While his shield is up, he will slowly chant (I hate that song, remember?) and apply a stacking dot onto all group members, eventually resulting in an unhealable amount of damage. In order to complete the achievement, you have to interrupt his casting within 20 seconds (this was a hotfix).

When his shield is up he is completely invulnerable to all spells and abilities. The only way to interrupt his channel is to bring his shield down. This can be accomplished by pulling the two levers in the pit below for 10 seconds each. There is only one problem: snakes (Why did it have to be snakes?). The snakes will attack anyone who jumps into the pit, preventing them from channeling the levers and preventing you from bringing the shield down to stop the cast. There are two strategies for dealing with this.

• 1. Have your tank pick up all of the snakes in the pit BEFORE engaging the boss. The snakes DO NOT RESPAWN unless they are killed, so your tank can simply of tank Anhuur while your dps burns the boss down and channels the levers below.
  2. Have your tank jump down into the pit at ~75% and ~35% to pick up all of the snakes. Then when the boss is pushed over, two group members can pull the levers and then kill the snakes.

Option 1 is by far the easiest way to complete this achievement. However, if your tank or healer is under-geared, option 2 might be best as it will minimize the damage the group takes over the course of the entire fight. The choice is up to you!

You can just NUKE him in 1 second. Cheap way, and any class can get it :D
