One of these is just outside Zhu's Bastion in Krasang Wilds on top of a hill to the southeast
Another is outside of Tian Monastary in Jade forest up on a hilltop
The last one is at Neverest Pinnacle in Kun Lai Summit. To get there, head up the path labeled Seeker's Folly near Neverest Basecamp and once you reach the plateau where Lorewalker Cho and Mishi are, continue carefully up the path all the way to the summit. Be careful, its easy to step off and its a long long way down.
