A great place to farm this is 60, 78 at Darkfall Ridge in Krokuun. It has endlessly spawning waves that have empowered enemies. I was able to farm out the last 100 or so that I needed in less than 10 minutes.

Credit towards this achievement only seems to count if you get the *killing blow*, this was the case for me in a group after some testing.
Careful if you are farming this achievement using [spell=1242973] as you will *not* get credits for the killing blow
An easy way to spam this for Alliance is to camp the Horde Kill Squad Elites in Stormheim. They respawn every 1-2 minutes and all 4 count towards this.
