Patch 4.2 - More dailies added
You can only complete (1) one Fishing daily and (1) one Cooking daily per day/reset.
So you can only do cooking and fishing quest reguardless of which of the three Cities (Ironforge, Darnassus, & Stormwind) you pick up.

Hell, one of them has you outright steal 5 catfish from the fishermen around the city. 5 is a lot. Really gives everything to his people, eh?
