New achievement added in 4.2, along with Let's Do Lunch: Undercity. Let's Do Lunch: Orgrimmar is the renamed Orgrimmar achievement, and with the other two award the meta [achievement=5846].

[npc=3026] randomly offers one of the five quests each day, and while you're in town you might as well see [npc=3028] for your daily Thunder Bluff fishing quest, to unlock Fish or Cut Bait: Thunder Bluff (and subsequently, [achievement=5852]).

Note: Each city's daily quests (Orgrimmar, Thunder Bluff, and Undercity) share availability. As in, you may only do one cooking daily and one fishing daily from any of the three cities, per day. Even accepting a quest from one city causes the other two "!" to disappear.

I started doing this achievement along with Let's Do Lunch: Undercity I simply go from TB to UC if a repeat quest was presented in either city.
The only problem was running around to each city every day. So I set up an alt in UC to look if any new quest i needed were up (I was also doing the UC/TB fishing daily achievement too.)
I also set up an alt in TB to look. Once my alts were in place it was easy as logging into alts to see if any new quest were on. Easy nerd points.
Hope this helps anyone, good luck.
