Fresh-Caught Fish is in the Fishing Trainer's test hanging from the ceiling at the back. Same level as the Fowl, next door to the bridge to Elder Rise
Succulent Sweet Potatoes is in the 2nd hut on the right after you leave the central column on the northern section of the main rise -- the Fruit and Vegetable Stand with the loaf of bread on the sign
Savory Spice herbs are in the Herbalism Trainer's hut, same level as the Sweet Potatoes, next door to the bridge to Elder Rise

wow that fish sparkle is a tad high, i prefer to play the game a bit zoomed out & completely missed it at first in the tent.

Even the novice cook knows that a great dish begins with great ingredients. I have standing orders with merchants throughout Thunder Bluff, but I'd like to see how well you do at selecting the very best of what they have to offer. Please make the rounds and gather perfect portions of meat, fish, vegetables and herbs from local merchant stalls.
