This has got to be one of the most fun achievements i've ever done.
I'm a nightelf, so i can stay in the hall of stormpike shadowmelded.
I'm also a deathknight.When the hordes wait to kill Vandaar i can simply deathgrip someone and hit him, and Vandaar and gang absoutely rape the horde who has absolutely no clue what just happened to him.
It's hilarious. :)

Note is isn't where you are. It is where the person who dies is. So you can't hang out in the Hall of Stormpike and used ranged attacks on people outside.
