The easiest way to obtain this achievement is to aggro and kite 2 Elders to the location of the third one and simply AoE all of them down (within 15 seconds).

I found that Elder Brightleaf would not follow me and just stay where he was. So get the others to him.
This isn't bugged. Just did this. The two elders on the right side will chase you, the one of the left (looking from the entrance) doesn't move.
So the trick is, aggro both right side elders, run to the left side elder, and kill the 3, you'll get the achievement.
