If any high level player wants to solo this, then the only trouble you might have is the 2nd boss: Tavarok, He does an attack that deals 10% of your total health per second for 5 seconds and stuns you. I found using a http://www.wowhead.com/?item=3823 helps avoid him altogther. Don't forget to kill all the mobs in Pandemonius' room or they will all attack you if you engage the boss.
