This week sees us with 2500 Tower Knowledge maximum, and with 360 each week, the soonest we can unlock the achievement is 7-8th of September for US/EU.

Now that this is old content, the best way I have found to get this achievement is to simply sprint through a level 16 tower as fast as possible over and over. Kill what you can, but dont slow down. You can clear an entire tower in about 4 minutes, and it gives you 100 or 120 tower knowledge. Yes, you can get more TK from a single run by 5 starring it, but it would slow you down to do so.
3500 TK at 100 per run is 35 runs. At 4 minutes a run that's 140 minutes of sprinting. If you are starting from 0.
Once you have met the criteria, you should have exactly 0 Tower Knowledge. If you have more than that, click every box to make sure you didn't miss one. I missed "Enduring Souls" until the very end.
