Here is a picture of Algalon the Observer from MMO Champion, he has a cool look I think =)
According to the guild Wraith (EU server Ysondre) as reported by MMO Champion.com, Algalon despawns after 1 hour of attempts, similar to Vaelastrasz did in Blackwing Lair.
To clarify: He can only been attempted for 1 hour per raid week.
