Another bug I haven't read about here:

Turned in the 10 keys for Forging the Answer, event spawned, picked up the weapon, started killing mobs, bar even started to fill up. After a few seconds this free to play awesome game phased me to another layer and the event disappeared.

Has this happened to anyone else?

WARNING! More of a gripe but with the layering/sharding technology be mindful of key turn ins. I had a few times where I donated and then was layered and loss all progress. My recommendation is to farm the keys and they turn them in all at once to avoid this happening. Cheers!

Related to the group event in the Obsidian Citadel - Waking Shores that can unlock several rares in the area

1. 
   
2. Kill mobs in the Obsidian Citadel area and collect [item=191251] & [item=193201]
3. 
   
4. 
   Combine 30x [item=191251] & 3x [item=193201] fragments into 1x [item=191264]
5. 
   
6. Now you have an option to turn you key to 4 questgivers listed below in the table
   You will also get reputation after turning in the key.
   Every player can turn the key and when all of you collect 20 keys a quest starts and it unlocks the rare

8. Keys turn in gives rep with [faction=2517] or [faction=2518] depending on which one you choose.
   And they have different rewards vendors: [npc=188625] & [npc=188623]
