Nice, an achievement using an old strat!
Because [npc=52157] will kill [npc=52156] one by one eventually preventing you from being rezzed after [npc=52151]'s [spell=96684], this achievement becomes a dps race.
Utilize slows, stuns and knockbacks and most importantly, group up in the middle to reduce chance to tunnel [spell=96740] and boss travel time during [spell=96684].
Keep in mind that you can keep going after all the [npc=52156] are dead, and DO NOT cleave [npc=52157] down.
