It appears that The Ruby Feast has a daily guest coming by, and the table which you can eat from is influenced by this NPC. Today (221202) for example, [npc=192395] is visiting which makes the interactable table have different cuts of meat, such as [item=200888] for example. My suggesion would be to check in another day and hope the pastry NPC is there so you can get your [item=200904] to finish the achievement! :)
