Cliff Notes for Healers
1. Cast whatever instant heal you have on the tank right after Asphyxiate.
2. Bring the tank to about 50%.
3. Bring the dps up to about 20% health.
4. Don't let the tank die and quickly dispel Pain and Suffering.
5. Before 20% hits start topping everyone off for Dark Archangel.
6. Feign modesty while your group praises you.

Extremely easy to do at level 90+ (I did it at 97), just nuke him and you'll be awarded the achievement as he won't have a chance to cast.
So incredibly easy as a somewhat decently geared hunter. I was worried about this at first, but after getting 135k dps on him he didn't get a chance to cast either Stay of Execution or Asphyxiation. Just burned him and got the achievement. Good luck! :)
