Currently, by getting this, you unlock [npc=73147], who sells Season 15 Elite PVP gear for conquest points, which require 2000 rating. You also unlock [npc=73142], who sells Prideful gear for HONOR, enabling you to quickly gear a second spec.

This should let your other characters buy Prideful with honor as well for the rest of the season so you can gear up alts faster. That'd be cool.
