Is it obtainable in 6.0.2 for 90 lvl ?
I queued for it, completed, but didn't get an achievement.
Maybe it's for 100 lvl.

Successfully complete the Basic Damage (Bronze) trial at the Proving Grounds.

You should be able to get the achievement. I've seen several people listed in the group finder with the text ''Has obtained Bronze X'' with the appropriate medal next to it. The achievement is simply not being awarded at the moment, which is a bug. It is true that you can not do Silver until level 100, but Bronze you can do at any level (15+).
This achievement is definitely currently bugged. Should hopefully be fixed by next reset
