Recently finished this on my destruction warlock (all your gear scales down to 463; i have 545ilvl out of grounds).
First tries were in a previous patch haste reforging and there were wipes on ~15-17 wave.
Then i reforged in mastery-crit and made it to 36 waves over 5-6 tries (i don't know was it about reforging or not).
Build - http://www.wowhead.com/talent#oME - a conflagrate symbol is a mandatory and probably a havoc - i did with healthstone and siphon life symbols. [Do not worry about healing since no one deals any damage to you].
Minion - Observer (Spell Lock helps).
Bring flasks and food (potions are not usable there).

There are 8 types of enemies:

  1. a mantiss - casts amber spheres (Must be kited in other mobs - +50% of incoming damage and stunning. Don't stay too close to the target of your sphere-kiting, because you may also be stunned),

    1. a mogu - casts shield (Receives damage only from behind),

      1. a jinyu-man - casts heal (Heals not full hp as i recall),

        1. a hozen - throves bananas which reduce your hit by 75% (Don't stay at the same place for long),

          1. a banshee - explodes over certain time = wipe (Kill ASAP),

            1. sha - has a -50% damage shield (Gets a 300% of damage after shield fading - chaos bolt says: "It's over nine hundred thousand!"),

              1. a bunch of vermlings - http://www.wowhead.com/spell=77783.

                1. a saurok - not more ferocious than a previous enemy.

There are only 10 waves (11th and 21st wave =1, 12th and 22 = 2 and etc.) but after coming through wave 10 the enemies' health increases.

                And here they are:
[hints for destruction warlocks are bracketed]

                1. Three mantisses and the vermlings,
[Keep RoF and immo on the vermlings, fear any mantiss, hide behind him and wait for spheres. Kill him then run to another mantiss]

                  1. One mantiss, two mogu, a jinyu and over a certain time a banshee,
[Fear a jinuy, kill the others by kiting spheres to them]

                    1. Two hozens and the vermlings,
[Use dark soul, shadowfury, aoe them until they start to whirl, then run and cast fel flame]

                      1. Four mogu and a mantiss,
[Kiting again, don't forget about havoc and grab a damage increasing if needed]

                        1. Sha, a jinyu, a hozen and a banshee,
[Fear a healer, nuke a hozen, damage slightly sha, switch to a banshee]

                          1. Two jinuys and the vermlings,
[Fear one healer, kick the cast of another or just let him heal a vermling, keep Rof and chaosbolt them both]

                            1. Three mogus, two mantisses and a hozen,
[Fear any mantiss, nuke a hozen, then kiting]

                              1. A jinuy, two saurocs and three banshees-over-time,
[Fear jinuy, havoc those saurocs, switch to the banshees after appearing]

                                1. A hozen, two saurocs, a mantiss and a mogu,
[Nuke a hozen, mantiss will help with the others]

                                  1. Nothing but approximately 9kk hp sha.
[Immediately beg a doomguard for help, remember to have 4 embers when a shield goes down]

[Place your portal and gates in the middle circle.
Don't just run - cast a Fel Flame, Rain of Fire, Curse of Elements, Conflagrate, Havoc]

Hope it helps and good luck!
P.S. Sorry for any grammar mistakes - english isn't my native language.
