Some tips that I found helpful when I did this:
General
- Eat and flask up, remember to grab Healthstones!
- [item=102296] or any other trinket with a similar use helps migitate [spell=144398]
- Set down around 2 world markers in the arena to help remember spawn points
- [npc=71835] and [npc=71836] can be ignored somewhat, [npc=71828] is capable of tanking/killing them on her own (she may have some trouble with the large one so pop a stun/interrupt to help her if needed)
- On that note, if you plan to ignore them try not to pick up aggro as [spell=147601]/[spell=144372] hurts
- Take advantage of the Flamecallers' [spell=144374] as the pools damage mobs also
- Try not to blow your defensive CDs on Wave 9, save them for 10 when the 2 [npc=71841] uses [spell=144404]
Bear Druid Specific
Talents:
- [spell=131768] or [spell=102280]
- Your choice, I prefer [spell=145108] to minimise button clutter
- [spell=132469]
- [spell=106731]
- [spell=5211]
- [spell=108288]
Overall Strategy:
- [spell=106839] Wind-Guards (Mantid) immediately after they use [spell=144106] to pick up aggro if Growl is on CD or if you know an Ambusher (Hozen banana guy) is about to spawn
- [spell=132469] is a lifesaver when you find yourself overwhelmed by mobs
- Use [spell=5211] liberally, one stunned Ambusher is a big load off your back
- Barkskin should be used when a Conquerer (big Mogu) uses [spell=144404] or when Ambushers cast [spell=144398]
- Save [spell=50322] and [spell=106922] for those OH SHI- moments such as the dual [spell=144404] on Wave 10
Wave 10 Specific:
- Ignore the [npc=71836] that spawns, instead camp the [npc=71841] spawn that comes at 1:45
- Thrash + [spell=779] that pack once it spawns
- Begin to back-peddle around the outside of the barricades, making sure to [spell=106839] the [npc=71834] when you get [spell=144106], although [npc=71828] can tank a few hits from it if you find yourself too busy
- Pop any and all defensive CDs you have the moment the 2 [npc=71841] [spell=144404]
- Continue to back-peddle, avoiding their [spell=144401] and using [spell=132469] to get breathing space from the [npc=71834]
- Taunt [npc=71839] the moment it spawns and get it down ASAP, ignore the [npc=71841] for now
- Try to position yourself near the [npc=71838] spawn as 2 will spawn at the same time at 1:00 and a quick Thrash + [spell=779] would be best to stop [npc=71828] from getting squished
- If you have any defensive CDs available, pop them now as the 2 x [spell=144398] does hurt
- [spell=132469] as needed to get breathing space, pop healthstone when needed, and remember you can also pop Dash to quickly sprint away as well
- Focus down the [npc=71838]
- Once they're dead, focus on killing one of the [npc=71841] as you will reach another [spell=144404] phase and cannot risk a double [spell=144404] again
- Defensives as needed for that last [spell=144404] and then congrats, you're done!
Hope this helps!

If Sikari is supposed to represent 3 random dps and 1 healer in a typical (ilevel-appropriate) 5-man group, she does a good job of it. Attacks whatever she wants, uses aoe even when burning down threatening mobs first is ideal, stands and gets beat up instead of moving the things attacking her closer to the tank or using cc/aggro dumps, doesn't use healing cooldowns to help the tank endure periods of high damage, and worst of all, blames the tank for dying because she didn't step up her healing game when it was necessary. It'd be nice if she was more timely about killing things, too. At least in a dungeon, you can kick bad players. For this challenge, you're stuck with her.
It might be just me or playing as a paladin, but this achievement was like punishment from God
