There is no prequisition for this achie other than being lvl90. It's a riddle-solving quest chain similar to [item=4056] chain was back in the good old days (which is obsolete for now).
- Find the quest starter item [item=102225] in one of the [object=222684] piles at the shores around Timeless Isle.
- Accept the quest then find the first clue at 49.4 - 69.4, this will be a dirt pile at the foot of stone pillars there.
- Hand in the first quest, accept the second quest and find the next clue at 34.6 -26.7 at the Three-Breeze Terrace area (another dirt pile).
- Hand in the 2nd quest, accept the final quest and go to 33.3 - 55.3 (the entrance of Celestial arena at the middle where [npc=73347] is). Once there, check the sky and wait for a [npc=73531] arriving. Hit the bird once then press Escape to stop autoattack. It will pick you up to the sky and transport above the whole isle.
- As you reach the Ruby Lake at 64.5 - 27.5 (the reddish tarn on the map) begin to attack your Albatross again. The bird will dive and releases you as you kill it. Swim out of the red pool and go up to the tree. You'll find the final treasure right there. Handing in the quest will earn you this achievement.

By the way, there is a rare spawn in that lake. So if you like achievements, make sure not to leave the isle and wait for Garnia -> [npc=73282]
can't see why noone added this but with slow fall or engineering goblin glider you can swim to the outsea where you can fly and go up up and more up so you can see the island from above then move forward till you get dismounted and use your glider/slowfall and you can land on any place in the isle :)
