In 10.2.6+ use the Froststone Vault to get this done. Try looking in Group Finder for a group. The trick is to buy a few of the buff crystals to hold in your bag. Find a group, go to Frostone Vault for the hyperspawn mobs. DO NOT LOOT FREQUENTLY. The higher drop chance buff only goes away when you loot a scroll. You can build up your lootable corpses for 4-5 minutes, and then loot them all at once. This way, you can get multiple scrolls from one buff crystal. My highest was I looted 8 scrolls from one 5 minute session of killing mobs.

This is a pretty fast achievement if you use the above strategy. You can probably get it done in under an hour if you've got a decent group. Even solo probably wouldnt be that bad.

DO NOT USE THE WAR CRECHE. It is MUCH slower.

Just a little tip : if you spam click the [item=202870] object or use the interact key really fast, you can get 2 of them and also get double credit, saves a bit of time. Was not able to do it with the catching fish thing [item=202854] but [item=202872] and [item=202871] should work too.
