Pre-TBC this wasn't as difficult as it is now as you could turn in WSG marks for rep. Now the only way to get rep is for your team to cap flags, this yields a very small amount of rep making this achievement a lot of WSG farming.
Blizzard advises Bloodsail Admirals to go out into the sun sometimes... I'd advise Alliance who can actually farm this to get psychiatric help.
