To anyone as stupid as me: Draenor Clans doesn't mean Orc. I had one thing missing here and since it is listed next to the Vanilla/BC sections it was confusing.
This one obviously means the WoD version of it and not the BC version.

Anyone having problems finding Calcified Eye In a Jar? Some artifacts already discovered 5 times, this one still not showing up
Edit: 57 solves and still no Calcified Eye In a Jar, some artifacts solved 7 times
Edit2: finaly after 71st solve it appeared, so RNG is good friend here
